Topgolf has so far been better known in the USA, Australia and Great Britain. There, there are around 90 locations with over 20 million visitors a year. In the immediate vicinity of the Westfield Centro in Oberhausen, a three-storey driving range with an approximately 220-metre-long target area has now also opened for all golf and leisure enthusiasts in Germany on more than 30,000 square metres.
TOPGOLF in Oberhausen Triple good!
There are 102 heated and weather-protected tee boxes with tables and seating areas for up to six people. In the target area, there are luminous circle elements that have to be hit with the golf ball when teeing off, depending on the game, such as "Angry Birds" or "Jewel Jam".
Points are then awarded for this. The cost per box is between 30 and 50 euros per hour, depending on the time slot. Gastronomy, sports broadcasts and live music on the roof terrace are also among the services offered by the new leisure attraction in Oberhausen.

The wastewater technology and special control system come from Pentair Jung Pumpen. A triple system of MultiStream pumps (100/4 C5) disposes of the rainwater that falls on the grounds. The pumps are housed in a 3 x 2 m on-site concrete shaft. Depending on the amount of rain, one or two pumps are used. Number three comes into play should one fail. The High Logo control system is a special design and was commissioned by Jung Pumpen's customer service.
